Hyundai i30n Review Australia

We've been speculating for months about the arrival of the first model of the Hyundai N family. Finally, as the new year has started with a bang and with a fresh start, Hyundai has treated us all with the first N division car like no other as compared to its previous models. The latest Hyundai i30n is the fastest and most effective alternative in the range of Hyundai cars that stands out due to its aggressive aesthetics and dynamic look.

Hyundai i30n Specifications:

With the i30n, you are going to attract attention not only because of the sound of the engine but also its sporty look. With a power of up to 275 hp and high performance, the Hyundai i30n is going to give you a fantastic experience of driving a sports car every day. It's undoubtedly very easy to differentiate N version form the standard i30. The body of N series has grown with widened wheel arches with prominent bumpers. Its height is also reduced by 4mm and 7mm in the performance version. The exotic blue colored Hyundai i30n is adorned with black details, including bumpers, heels, and headlights with red contrasts at the lower ends of the front and back of the car. The color combination gives this car an exotic look and feel.

The N series offers more than just cosmetic upgrades. It also features bigger calipers, larger brake discs, stiffer suspension, and Michelin PS4 tires. The interior of the car is something worth mentioning. The i30n features the right amount of useful elements such as electronic sound generator and automatic stability control ESC in curves. The car's safety equipment comprises of driver's attention alert, signal recognition, emergency braking, lane maintenance assistant, and road lights' assistant that is already available in the whole i30 range of Hyundai.

The car can be purchased in two variants and always with a six-speed manual gearbox. The access option is associated with the 2.0 TGDI block of 250 hp with which it is compact fast and, at the same time, pleasant to use on a day-to-day basis. Those looking for a more dynamic car can choose the N Performance that has 275 hp and changes in the configuration of the frame to gain stability (but impairing comfort).

All i30N include automatic climate control, LED headlamps, an integrated navigation system, keyless access, and start-up, trip computer, rain sensor, a rearview camera, front and rear parking sensors, four electric windows, etc. The N Performance also includes 19-inch alloy wheels, limited-slip electronic differential, and variable exhaust sound system.

Features at a glance:

✓ Its aggressive front bumper with large air intakes and its exclusive cascade grille with the N logo expressly express its strong sporting personality. The Hyundai i30 N also offers exclusive 45.7 cm (18") or 48.3 cm (19") tires with red brake calipers and the N logo.

✓ The combination of the aerodynamic rear wing with triangular brake light, the aggressive design of its bumper, and the two chrome exhaust pipes create a compelling and sporty image.

✓ The interior of the i30 N offers you all the control and comfort you need, with an ergonomic design focused on the driver's needs, which allow you to control everything from your seat. Sports seats offer great support in any situation.

✓ Electronic stability control works like a good co-pilot: it helps you only when you need it to let you enjoy it to the fullest and make you go faster. If you wish, you can deactivate it completely to drive as a circuit.

✓ It works in three different phases. It uses camera sensors and alerts the driver visually and audibly in the first phase. In the second phase, it controls the brakes according to the collision danger phase and, in a third phase, applies the maximum braking force to avoid the collision or minimize damage if the accident is inevitable.

✓ The i30 N has cutting-edge connectivity systems. It includes 3D navigation, online content, Android Auto (TM), Apple Carplay (TM), and a wireless charging system for smartphones.
